Submitting an application does not guarantee a space at the event.
Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors will be selected based on their relevance to the themes of the event.
Graphic-Con also reserves the right to make final determination of all exhibit space assignments.

If you are selected as an event vendor, artists or exhibitor you will contact you by March 23, 2018 with further event details.

DEADLINES

March 1, 2018  –  Vendor Registration Closes
(this date is subject to change, pending the number of applications received)

March 23, 2018  –  Successful applicants informed; waiting list established

April 13, 2018  –  Balance due. The deposit is non-refundable.
Any unpaid invoices will be canceled and tables re-assigned
